Declan J. Murray is a tireless, passionate advocate who never goes down without a fight and takes each case as seriously as his clients do. Declan works in all aspects of criminal practice, winning both in the courtroom and on appeal. Mr. Murray handles matters such as gun possession, narcotics offenses, murder, white-collar crimes, and RICO violations.
He specializes in suppression motions and constitutional questions, ensuring that his clients’ rights are protected.
Declan received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude and with Honors in the Criminal Law and Advocacy concentration. While at Quinnipiac he was the Articles and Opinions Editor for the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, one of only four probate law journals in the country, and was published in that journal.

Declan additionally interned with the Connecticut Division of Public Defender Services. He received the Cornelius W. Wickersham Jr. Award from the Federal Bar Counsel and was awarded for high academic achievement in Constitutional Law, Evidence, and Trial Practice Procedure.
Declan Murray is a member of the Bronx Bar Association, The New York Criminal Bar Association, The New York County Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
